Nokia lumia 1320 flash turns on when power button is pressed

I was charging my phone all of a sudden it shuts off and when I tried to turn it back on the flash just turns on. I also tried charging again but the flash turns on and odd

You should attempt a Hard Reset.

Power off the phone > hold Volume Down > press Power > keep holding Volume Down until you see the exclamation (!) screen, then immediately release the Volume Down

Now tap Volume Up / Volume Down / Power / Volume Down

You should see the spinning gears and your phone will reflash the last OS version held in recovery. You do loose data, but get your phone back. Sign into your Microsoft Account and restore your backup during the set up.

When I charge my phone at times it jumps from 45% to 100% within a sec and says full charge. What to do ? I've done hard reset n re installing demin via WDRT

Those two steps would then rule out software 99%. You likely need a new battery.
