Nokia Lumia 1520 keeps restarting

Hello.
I am new Windows phone user (3 days since I got my first Windows phone). Now I ran into a problem... There was update and I downloaded it. At the end of "spinning wheel" cycle, phone shut down. I realized it was because battery drained, so I put it on charger. Now, there are spinning wheels for like 5-10 seconds, and phone restarts, and shows empty battery logo and then Nokia welcome text, and then again spinning wheels. And it goes like that for like 30 mins and nothing happens. My guess is that battery is empty, but it wont charge because it starts update as soon as I put phone on charger. Help pls...

EDIT:
I tried Nokia Software Updater but during instalation there was some error code and now phone wont turn on at all...
