Nokia lumia 1520 screen

Has anyone else had the issue with the screen on their 1520 with half the screen kind of shaded or dims and the other half of the screen is normal it only last about 2 - 3 seconds and it doesn't happen all the time but it is getting annoying.

I've never had that issue but I have had other "shady" issues with my old 1520 screen. Like when unlocking the phone or when the screen dims before timing out, the brightness change occurs very choppy like a low frame rate video, instead of smoothly dimming down or brightening up like on the other Lumia's I have had
