Nokia Lumia 520 firmware problem

Hello.

I need your help regarding a problem with my Nokia 520's firmware.
Because of a problem with 3G Browsing (it couldn't load any page on 3g, but on wi fi everything worked fine), I tried using official nokia recovery software. My phone was bought online. It has Hong Kong firmware, but I'm in Romania. After using that software, it re-installed the operating system, but now, here is the problem: all menus are in Chinese. Even the initial setup is now in Chinese. I could not use it anymore.

Could you please help me on how to resolve this issue.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Am not sure if this works... but does changing region & language help ?? Though I suppose it would be hard to search for the one called region as it would all be in chinese

Actually the problem is probably in the APN settings. Since you bought your phone online and not from your telecom you need to manually enter the APN settings of your telecom (the auto settings never works for me anyway) So you go to Settings> Mobile + SIM (or Cellular + SIM) > SIM Settings > edit Internet APN and then enter your telecom's APN if you do not know what it is go on their website and find it there, if not just call them or visit a store and they'll set it up.

As for your Chinese problem, go to the Settings > look for something like this 语言 (bing translate shows that as LANGUAGE) and then add in a language, it'll probably ask for a reset so do that as well.
