Nokia Lumia 520 - Gmail Issues

Hi,
I'm using Lumia 520 for past 3 months. I created two gmail accounts in the phone and I have been using this. From last week, everytime I open any of the Gmail account in the phone, it asks for username and password. Eventhough I give valid credentials, it says incorrect.
Another issue is that, I'm able to receive mails in both the accounts I have created, but I'm not able to send mail from both accounts. It shows as send, but its ot actually send and its not in the sent folder also.
Any advice. ?

The issues has been resolved. All I had to do was delete both the accounts and create again. All good to go.
