Nokia lumia 625 acting weird since cyan update

My lumia 625 will charge but only to 20% and also sometimes wont take charge at all will just keep turning on and off to charge symbol to nokia symbol to blank and starts again immediately, what can i do , its just been acting strange since windows 8.1 phone update , can i remove update by hard reseting ,ive all data saved on sd card so its no problem reseting ,help please

If this problem started to occur after the Cyan update then you can try a hard reset. If it doesn't work you can try downgrading using Nokia Software Recovery Tool (I'm not sure if it's gonna work if you're already in Cyan update) and check if it charges fine. If it does, update to WP8.1 and Cyan and check again. If it works, good for you. If not, downgrade again and I guess you're stuck to WP8.0 for now. If charging still doesn't work at all even after downgrading to WP8.0 then maybe it's a hardware related issue. Have it checked if still under warranty.
