Nokia Lumia 720 Camera Picture Quality Issue !

I purchased Nokia Lumia in Feb 2014 and took high resolution fantastic photographs. It is about 1 month ago, say in May 2015,
I noticed that the resolution. Earlier photographs had size varying around 3,5 MB and now its about 350 KB, What happened automatically _ I am not able to reverse. Any help so that I may restore earlier setting ?

Well, after reading so many comments above, Even i agree that the quality degraded after amber upgrade. Daylight pictures are good.But night pictures are horrible. Specially when used with flash. Check out how horrible my night shots had come up on a trip.
