Nokia Lumia 820 with GDR2, but not Amber, Why?

My Nokia Lumia 820 finally get updated yesterday (11/21/2013), but the update brought just the GDR2, not the Amber from Nokia.

I am from Brazil, my operator is Vivo, as you can see, Nokia says it is Available:
Availability in Latin America - Nokia

I was a bit impatient, and two weeks ago I tried to do it manually using the "Nokia Software Updater for Retails 4.1.0", what didn't work.

Yesterday it got updated (automatically), but didn't bring the Amber, now I have the Radio and the Data Sense App for exemple, but not Glance nor double tab to unlock.

What should I do now?

Did you update your system apps? Check Nokia system apps for updates glance will come with an update for display+touch

Owwww!!

I had updated all apps the Store showed me to update, I was not finding this system apps to update.

I've done two things:
- Installed the glance App:
glance | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)
- Installed the SysAppPusher App
Then I installed all Apps that I find that was missing

After the last post, I saw that in the SysAppPusher App had the "Extra+Info", and I saw I could update it, and now it show that my phone has the Amber:


Now I can activate the glance, and I found the "double tap" to unlock.

One strange thing yet is that I have these option in configurations:
Display
Display+Touch
Touch

I think it should be just "Display" and "Touch", as we see in this article:

Any way, I think it is not the most important, I am already happy to have the Amber options.

It was Display+Touch when the Amber first came out. After on they separated those two. You shouldn't have three of them it is not normal

I wonder if anyone can help:

I dropped my Lumia 820, and had to get a like-for-like replacement. Wiped my old phone from my MS account to allow me to restore the back-up of my old phone, and then ran the updater.

I got GDR2, but not Amber. All the Amber apps are there and able to be downloaded using the QR codes, or sysapp pusher, except for Extras+Info. When I try to download that particular update, it throws up the "This app is not available for your device" warning, but it should be because I had it on my last one and Amber worked fine. My phone is at OS version 8.0.10328.78, which I seem to remember being GDR 2. My Nokia firmware is at 1.7.0.173. I imagine that the Amber update will only be complete when E+I is downloaded, because for now the phone is not showing any signs of having received Amber.

I have tried two clean installs and OTA updates. Can anyone suggest anything that may help?
