Nokia lumia 900 is not responding !!!

My Nokia Lumia 900 is new(2 weeks) and is not responding.Wile is not connected to the outlet
is death... is not responding to any tip of reset.Wile is connected to the outlet is turning on and the screen
become white...nothing else.I try all the resets ,but nothing.
What else I can do??????????
