Nokia Lumia 900 master reset

Hi,
I got a previously locked lumia 900 fully unlocked and I wish to know will a master reset will remove the unlock and go back to its locked state to its original carrier?

I needed to try this as i was having issues as the mobile network in my lumia 900 does not work after a while. when i turn on the device it works fine and after some time i turn on mobile data connection and try to surf it doesnt work. It is suggested here (Some Nokia Lumia 900 units are having network connection issues) that following the steps mentioned will most likely to get rid of this issue. Thank you very much

Once the phone has had its SIM lock removed it will stay that way even after a factory/master reset.

what is your desktop or laptop you are connecting to and what operating system use?
