I am looking to buy Nokia Lumia 900. So, wanted to check if there are any promotions I can avail when I buy one?

Currently I am with T-mobile.

Sadly, you can't get the Lumia 900 on T-Mo. Only AT&T right now.

Ii am going to get ATT. My point was, i will be a new customer for ATT.

Well technically you can be on T-mobile and have a Lumia 900, all you would need to do is unlock it and maybe get a micro sd.

I am using a Focus on T-mobile

I don't believe you can SIM unlock the 900 yet. Anyway Target Mobile has it for $80 and Amazon Wireless has it for $50.
