Nokia Lumia 920 (Amber firmware) vs Samsung Galaxy Note 2 camera comparison

Hi all,

My Nokia Lumia 920 was recently updated to Amber so I wanted to give the camera another try against the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

Please find the results below (top/left: 920 - bottom/right: Note 2. Both devices are set to Auto.

Low light:

My comments:
Outdoor: The 920 preserves more the higlights (we can still see the clouds in the first picture). The Note 2 applies more noise reduction followed by a strong edge sharpening.
Indoor: The 920 outperforms the Note 2.

920 is still one of the best smartphone cameras around. Windows Phones from Nokia have superb cameras - 720, 920, 928, 925, 1020 .. :D
