Nokia Lumia 930 Screen goes blank, touch screen and buttons unresponsive
Over the last couple of days I've noticed that my Nokia Lumia has developed another new problem. For reasons that I can't determine, the time/date information on the screen disappears, though my lock screen image is still there, and all subsequent attempts to press any of the buttons on the side of the phone or get a vibration response from the touch-buttons at the bottom are useless. After a few tries, so far it responds to holding down all buttons on the side and turns back on, but it has become a frequently recurring problem over the last two-three days.
This is the third problem that I have had with this model, in less than a year, after having several problems with a 920 the year before. I have replaced the handset once already, and lost files, apps etc. several times, and would really appreciate any solutions that don't involve sending the phone to Nokia Care (I rely on the phone heavily for commuting and work).
