Nokia luna bh 220 not connecting

Hey... I bought Nokia Luna BH 220... Charged it for a while till the cradle light turned green. I'm trying to connect it using NFC and it says "Couldn't pair with Nokia Luna". Bluetooth is not discovering it. Need help in connecting this... Any one?

Which device do you have and can you post the OS and firmware version ?
