I'd be more interested in the story on how it was acquired. I keep seeing these pop up where someone has a proto-type device or a developer/engineering model...

I'm a bit hesitant to think that this post/pic is legit. I mean, if I had this, I'd post clear pictures showing all sides of the phone. I would not just post one pic of the back at an odd angle. I'm not saying that it's not legit, just that it doesn't appear totally legit...yet.
