nokia software recovery tool

I need an answer. I'm trying to downgrade my phone to wp 8.0 and then I'm using nokia recovery tool and i connect my Lumia 1020 and then it asking me to download data of 1.58gb and then after that nothing will happen. And then it will continue to download again the same data that I already downloaded.

Beat thing is to download the Nokia software recovery tool again as the files could be corrupted and also wipe the phone (since it will be wiped anyway) bit seems like Nokia recovery tool got corrupted. Before you redownload it again make sure you wipe it from your computer. Keep me updated
