Nokia Software Updater for Retail can't find newest update?

Ok, so I have a Nokia Lumia 720. My cell provider is Vodacom and it is so far the only device that does not have the Amber update in South Africa. So last night I decided, I'll just flash my device and get it over with, but to my surprise it the Software Updater downloaded exactly the same OS I had, even the same digits. What gives? Why can't I even flash my device with Amber. All I have now is a flashed device with exactly the same OS as I had before..:unhappy:

Hi there. Not sure why that is happening. But you should receive the update real soon. That is the only phone still left for Vodacom to approve.
