It's a high level change to get your enrollment completed. I would guess an Admin rather than a Moderator. I don't know for sure, just an educated guess. My experience with similar things at this forum and other boards suggests that these privilege updates occur on a cycle, not as applications come in. A bit of patience and I'm sure it will be happening soon.
