Non-Lumia Windows Phone 8.1 devices can now install Lumia Camera, but it's missing the best feature

If your Windows Phone 8.1 device isn't a Lumia, it seems you can now install the Lumia Camera app. Previously exclusive to Lumia owners, we tried installing the Lumia Camera app on a BLU Win HD LTE and can confirm that it works. However, there's one catch. The Lumia Camera on non-Lumia devices is version 4.x, not the latest version 5.x that includes Rich Capture.
