Non operating camera

I just got my phone back from repair for a faulty power button, after restoring it my camera won't go on. They told me they did a update before sending it back. Support seems to have no idea. I found a camera reset in the system applications. Does anyone know if this will fix it? I'm not happy with their advice of send it back again. Thanks.
