Noob questions about my Lumia 620 Updates

Hi everyone! I got my lumia 1 month ago from Malasya (I'm from Argentina). My firmware version is 8.0.10211.204.
When I search for updates in the options, it says that my Lumia is updated with the newest version when I know that it is not...
How can I do to upgrade my Lumia Firmware?

That's not the firmware version. That is the OS version. Below that you will find the firmware version. Check that and your phone might be up to date. If it is not, then just keep on waiting for the latest update which will come sooner or later.

Ok. My firmware version is 1030.5603.1250.0006.
I put my OS version because is oldest that wich apears in navifirm.

Well as pbroy said you can use the Nokia Software Updater for Retail if you cannot wait for the update to arrive over the air.

I cant install nokia update for retail on my windows 7 laptop... Why??
