Just got a Nook simple reader yesterday. Looking to fill up my literary catalog lol

If you have a Nook Color, or Touch, I'd recommend getting the Kindle app in any way possible. Kindle app has better free books (classics - Nook normally charges for them), while also having a WP7 application (Nook doesn't).

I have a Kindle Keyboard WiFi which I got on a trip to NYC earlier this year. I love it, I get a lot of classics for free as mentioned above and best of all, it works in any country (even my home country, where B&N doesn't let me buy stuff). I usually only read novels; textbooks are a hassle.

I'm currently reading the novels by Stieg Larsson. I wanted to know what all the fuss was about and they are really entertaining.

I'm looking at the Nook tablet this year. Bought my GF a Nook Color last year and she loves it.

I'm running the Kindle app on a rooted Nook Color. If you go Nook, definitely get the Tablet over Color. My wife just ordered the Kindle Fire. She was sold by an article comparing what you get for the price compared to an iPad 2.

Just a thought, but I'd also consider a budget Android tablet by Asus or Acer. A little more money, but some think it's worth it.

I just have the Nook simple reader. It's just an e-ink display and reads e-books. That's all I really wanted it for anyways. I looked at getting a Kindle but couldn't find two for a good price (for me and my wife). I got two Nooks for $138. I couldn't find a Kindle cheaper than $100 for one.
