I was hard resetting my 720 before upgrading to this build. And the thing is that it is not starting anymore! The screen with the wheels comes, and then it shows its proceeding, and the bar fills to say 25%, and the process stops and a sad smiley... :-( like this shows up. And the process starts again. Been three days since it is happening. What should I do?

P.s. I did it with hardware keys.

Plus, I don't know how recovery tool will work coz the phone restarts again and again, and I think the tool requires the phone to be connected all the time to the pc. Restarting spoils it all.

Do the recovery. WPRT will shut down your phone and than start the firmware and OS installation, that should stop the repeating resets, because the phone wont be trying to load the failed installation.

And really wait a few months for the official release of Win 10. Forums are filled with cases like yours.

Well, my mobile stopped charging in this phase. Curently the battery is depleted and I own a brick now, instead of a phone.

If your battery is removable, than you can charge it inside a friends phone.
