Not able to perform a hard reset

Trying to do a hard reset on the Microsoft Zeiss phone it just continuously circles with a vibration the word Microsoft back to vibration back to the word Microsoft it never gives me the explanation point so I can do the hard reset what can I do to perform this hard reset I need
