Not able to transfer music to phone

Hi,

A few months ago I had a Lumia 720 that I used to play music (simply copy and paste the files to the music folder on the MicroSD card) but I'm not able to do that anymore with the Lumia 920 (I can copy and paste files on the Music folder but the reader can't find/recognize them) I've even hard-reset the phone five times already and it still doesn't work.

Can you help me please?

check ur card in other phone

This phone doesn't use cards it uses internal storage.

I forgot, and use other means of transfer like bluetooth, check whether the same file runs on phone

May be file was corrupted or cable was faulty
