Not all of my live tiles are working?

After restarting my Surface 3 trying to fix my life tiles still didn't fix the issues.
It's some of the apps but not all, the system apps all work fine, like Photo's, Xbox, Groove, etc.

HI! Ever wonder how many Apps there are on your PC?:shocked:
So open the Run dialog (WINKEY + R), type shell:AppsFolder and then click OK to view this folder.

have you tried re-pinning those " dead" tiles?

Hi Friend! Welcome aboard. Team work is good. You can pin the apps to the desktop with the link I attached. You can find all your Apps.:smile:
So open the Run dialog (WINKEY + R), type shell:AppsFolder and then click OK to view this folder. I have 174 apps. That's a bunch. See how many you have!:shocked:

Yes no such luck, I even downloaded a fresh copy of Win 10 still some of the tiles are blank still.
