Not getting the latest firmware

Hello guys, I bought 2 nokia lumia 620 a week ago in Lebanon, I gave one to my father and kept one to myself
my problem is that my firmware is still at 1030.5603.1250.0002, and when I try to update it says my phone is ups to date, meanwhile my father's phone got updated to the 6407, is that normal, I feel that something is wrong with my phone, it's stuck or something, isn't my firmware too old ?

Updates roll out in a timely manner, give it sometime (probably a few days)

Yeah I know, bit it's released one month ago, I feel I have the only lumia 620 in the world that didn't update yet
But maybe I have no option but to wait

i am in the u.s and bought mine off expansys usa, i received a hong kong version and it came with the new update 1308. I tried to update too and said i was updated, so i checked the firmware and it was 1308.

Try using Nokia Software Updater for Retail. It will force the latest official update for your phone.

Strange. My mother's new 620 came with the 1308 firmware out of the box. Thought I would have to download and install it, but nope.

I live in the US with a 620 and have the same problem. Its from Expansys and its a Puerto Rico variant. Because of this, I haven't gotten any update. I have the Nokia Updater for Retail and it says my current firmware is the latest version, which is the 1250 firmware you've posted.

I even wrote to Nokia to see if there was an expected ETA for Puerto Rico variant phones. They couldn't give me a date, or even a guarantee that it would update. At this point I might wait until June for the next OS update. If not, well then I dunno. Updates rolled out in April, so yeah its frustrating. The waiting game sucks haha. But you're not alone

I think mine was a south American variant too, and used the Nokia Updater for Retail 3.0.4 and it worked
I'm now on the 6407.1308 , but the downside is that it will reset your phone, so backup everything before you do it

I have the same problem. I bought mine in Amazon USA and import it to Colombia. I will ask in the oficial forums

I purchased a white lumia 620 from Amazon a couple of months ago and I haven't received the update either. I'm also using it in Colombia. And I think it is also from Puerto Rico (Mobile operator = 000-PR). I'm also stuck at 5603.1250 firmware. However, I got Nokia retail updater software and the update does show there, but I don't want to have to restore all my stuff after the update. Besides that, when you check Nokia Puerto Rico's support website, they acknowledge that the latest available version is 1030.6407.1308.00xx. I do know updates are slowly released over the course of a few months, but... I don't want to wait for this anymore! I guess one day I will get desperate and update it via Nokia retail updater.

I am experiencing the same issues with my 620. The current firmware installed is version 1030.5603.1250.0002. When I check for updates, it tells me the phone is up to date. I installed the latest version of Nokia Updater on my PC but it does not recognize the phone, although my PC recognizes it and installed the drivers. Anybody have any tips?
