Not hearing the phone ring?

Anyone else having a weird problem where they don't hear the phone ring for certain calls? It's set to ring+vibrate and I keep missing calls even when the sound is turned up. Weird.

I've experienced this too, but I don't know if its the phone not ringing, or me just not paying attention....
