Not Receiving Picture HTC One

I have a Nokia Lumia 630 and I am not receiving messages sent from a HTC One phone. They receive mine, and I receive others. Any clue on what's going on?

Are we talking MMS ? or some other messaging ? is Memory full ?
HTC One - Android / Windows, Carrier ? ... might be the ultra pixels
Your carrier ? MVNO ?

If other person is Verizon & you're T-Mobile it's a known issue, search the web (or this forum).

I'm having a similar problem but reversed. my girlfriends galaxy 3 on sprint isn't getting my pictures. Mms problems man. I also assume that other people aren't getting them. Help help I just got the phone 2 days ago.
