Not seeing .576 build

I'm using a lumia 540 and the phone is on the .479 build and not .576. checking for updates says everything is up to date

I've tried checking for updates using both 3G cellular data and wifi but no change.

Any ideas?

And now I'm not seeing the 14393.594 build even though I'm on release preview

just got it on my 735 -14393.594

And .693 build has also missed my phone - might have to try jumping to slow ring or do a factory reset
