I got my quantum form ebay today and the phone comes on but it dosent go pass the LG screen is their any way to fixit
i ask the people at LG Live Chat and they said it might be the battery

Guess you might want to start with a full charge, followed by a hard reset. Every phone has a different button sequence to press for performing hard reset when you can't get to the Settings screen. You will need to consult the LG manual, probably online at their site, to find out hw to do that. Or give their customer service a call for instructions. Not hard, but you have to follow the instructions exactly.

Even if completely dead you should still get a battery icon.

check the water mark to ensure it doesn't have water damage. then find an at&t warranty center (hopefully you're in the U.S.) to exchange it for you.

if it has water damage, then you're SOL. have you contacted the seller on eBay? is it used? new?
