After the anniversary update, my SP4 got many annoying problems.

The first one is the notification banner will not go away. The banner is just there and not responding to any clicking until I restarted Windows Explorer.

The second one is about the browsers are not responding to some websites. I think the problem may come from shockwave flash because I saw that before when the browsers were frozen, but I do not see them anymore, they are just frozen there.

The final one is about the camera app does not work. It can be open, but the app again does not respond to any action.

Could anyone help me with these annoying problems? Thank you.

for the number of problems you have - I can suggest that you check for updates for both OS and apps

If that doesn't solve the problem, then try a factory reset from settings

I also have the notification banner won't go away problem after updating to Anniversary Update on my Surface Book. Really annoying! Things worked great before the Anniversary Update...
