Notification ringtone issue

Anyone else have issues changing their notification ringtones? Specifically my ringtone is stuck on "Alert 5" for im+ and whatsapp but I have it set to "Nokia email" ringtone for txt/im, voicemail, and emails under settings.

You cannot customize the tones for individual apps outside of the first party ones allowed in settings. Maybe the developers can do it on their end but otherwise all you can change are the ones you already listed
