I have been having a problem with the twitter store app notifications on my Windows 10 (2004) Surface Pro 7. I just recently refreshed the device and the issue persists. While PUSH notifications are ON in the app settings, The Twitter app is not listed in Windows Notification Settings as a SENDER. Hence - I get no notifications at all.
