Notification sounds problem (Samsung Ativ S - WP8)

Hello,

I've recently switched from iOS to WP8 and I'm loving the WP8 OS, however I seem to be having a problem with notification sounds when I have headphones plugged in without playing music, my problem is that every time I have a new notification, i.e Text Message, the message tone doesn't come through the headphones but does come through the Phones Speaker, which is quite annoying.

I have fiddled a lot with the settings, especially SETTINGS > EXTRA SETTINGS > AUDIO OUTPUT MODE [ON/OFF] but it doesn't seem to make any difference, I have looked throughout settings but cannot find anything.

Anyone know of any solutions?

Unfortunately I think that's how it works :unhappy:

That option "Audio output mode" only works when your phone connected to the docking station with audio output.
