NSR not working

Yesterday I installed NSR, windows 7pc (Home Premium) it turned out that it?s not reading my phone, ok, i went to settings, erased all the Files from the computer relationated with the phone, i did a soft reset, pluged the phone and.... Nothing, what else should i try?

First of all does your phone show up under add / remove devices, computer or the device manager?
