Best studio deal MS has made so far.
Not only has MS gotten a string of great games, but OBSIDIAN has added several teams to work on projects in parallel, which is how you end up with two new RPGs the same year. With grounded 2 on the way. And who knows what else. Obviously they're not hurting for funding now.
