From Microsoft I had the correct way to set my license: disconnect my account in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
close all 3 apps, open again and reconnect: now works! I have the correct license
previous message:
On PC and Excel Mobile on Pc and tablet there isn't any problem: the license is Office 365
But on My Lumia 950xl and my wife Lumia 930 is written; Core License with basic features
Is it normal or we have a problem with our account?
