Office Mobile asking for Office 360 suscription

Hello, I don't really know if thispost goes here but I'm just asking if it is just me or what happens that my Mobile apps (wether my pc or pone) are asking for an O365 suscription in order to créate documents, I googled and can find that some people experienced this in 2015 but I can't find recent cases like mine. Is there any fix for this?

Reinstall the Office apps.
