Office OneNote sync

So I'm a student and I use OneNote for all my notetaking, but I can't figure out exactly how to sync my notes between my computer and my phone. I have my windows Live ID synced with my notes, so that whenever I take notes, it puts them on my skydrive, but I can't seem to pull them down onto my phone, as seen in the video below.

This is definitely a feature I'm interested in getting to work, but I just can't seem to figure it out. Anyone have any help?
