So shall I really downgrade my 8.1 to 8.0, will my phone search for 8.1+cyan update as soon as I downgrade to 8.0,what about games and apps plz somebody help me!

What device do you have ? At moment Lumia 625/925/120 received cyan update in some countries/carrier. If you downgrade to get cyan (if available ) you will lose all your apps/games data. You can not backup them (gameloft games saves game data on servers) and to download the update go into phone settings/phone updates/check for updates.
