On my Lumia 730, why is it getting heated and why has the touch stopped responding?

Lumia 730 - Device getting heated and touch stopped responding

I have a lumia 730, purchased very recently, 3 weeks back. It was working fine and i started loving the features, camera clarity, its absolute speed while using apps and high end games, and all of a sudden accidentally the screen got damaged. Got it replaced by Nokia authorised service center, as it is covered under warranty from the seller. After a week, i got back my lumia 730 from Service center with a new replaced screen, i've observed that the device is getting heated by itself. I can feel the warmth of the device.

No idea on what to do now!! Is this could be due to the replaced screen? Did anyone faced similar concerns!? Please let me know if any solutions are availiable! thanks.

2 things.. There might be an app running in the background that is causing the device to heat up.. 2ndly if your warranty covers it, ask for a replacement unit

check if the display is on full brightness. has the service guy updated the software on the phone?
