One Drive available space?

Did one drive reduce the available space to 5GB. As far as I can remember, they reduced from 30GB to 15GB. I got a mail saying my one drive is full and that I have used up my 5GB. Pretty sad if that reduced the limit to to 5GB.

Affected users should get 1 year old office 365 for free. That includes 1 Tb OneDrive storage.
Check your inbox for the link. If you can't find it, chat with Microsoft support. I got mine from chatting with them.

the reduction was announced late last year, those affected had the option to get office 365 for one year for free. Check your older mails, especially in junk folder

I clicked for 1 year free, I got a page for writing down my bank card

I found an email but in that e-mail it states clearly that I am not affected user but they still reduced my space from 15 gigs to 5..

you mean credit card? I think it is needed though I don't know why

They need credit card because after 1 year free subscription Microsoft will start charging
