One of the first Xbox Play Anywhere games is back from the dead — 'Gigantic' has been officially resurrected, and we played it!

Gigantic has a special place on Windows Central. It was one of the first games encompassing Microsoft's "Xbox Play Anywhere" vision, leveraging the earliest APIs for cross-play between Xbox and PC back in the Windows 8.1 days. The studio behind it sadly shuttered, but it seems Gigantic will get a second chance.

Glad to see it come back around but not being Xbox Play Anywhere is a bummer. Definitely makes me considerably less interested.
