One unread post in topic

Hi,
Just a minor issue and not sure if this is just me
I am using the latest IE on Windows 8.1 latest update

When I view topics I click on the little icon next to the title to take me to the first unread comment
If there are more than one comment everything is fine
If there is only one comment then the to WP Central bar stays on the screen covering the comment, so I have to scroll up to read it, looks like it should time out and disappear but it just stays on screen
