OneDrive "Always keep on this device" not working like it should !

With OneDrive on my last W10 insider preview, even if I set a folder with "Always keep on this device", and the download of all files looks done, every time I want to edit on of the file, the file is download in real time from OneDrive with the notification popup and the "ding" sound. This is slow and annoying and sounds like a bug
