OneDrive checkmark covers shortcut Arrows on desktop

How can I move the OneDrive checkmarks to a different corner of my icons on the desktop ? The green checkmark covers the sub-icon that displays which icons are shortcuts. I'm so annoyed with this that I want to delete every trace of OneDrive off of my machine.

Open OneDrive settings, Right click on OneDrive icon open settings and windows popup locate "Files on Demand" and just uncheck "Save space and download files as you use them". Now OneDrive restarts itself and your problem will be solved.
