OneDrive problem please help

Ok so basically what happened was that my computer randomly added my old pictures (that i had already deleted off of my computer) to the pictures folder. The problem here is that every time i try to delete those pictures, after a minute or two they come back and when i try to delete them again, they come back again. Please help me because i have absolutely no idea what is going on and i just want those pictures deleted.

If OneDrive is somehow bringing them back from the cloud, perhaps log into the OneDrive.com website and delete the files there too.

Have you reset your PC and the files are being recovered as a first sync or something?
