OneDrive Problem

Hello! I have a problem with OneDrive. When i go there and go to any folder, it says, that i'm not connected to Wi-Fi or Celluar Data, but i'm connected. I have this problem 1 month. I try different Wi-Fi networks, but it didn't work. What can i do? Thanks!

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive?

How can i uninstall it? I can't find that options, in the store i hasn't have a option to uninstall?!
