OneDrive Syncing Issues Windows 10

I find one drive in not syncing nested folders.

My Files > My Documents > Folder A > Sub Folder A1

Files in layered subfolders such as "A1" above are not syncing.

I installed OneDrive and backed my documents and desktop folders to OneDrive over two weeks ago. Back up was completed while ago and now only there is only incremental syncing as I am not syncing any large files such as movies but only office files.

However, my Windows 10 PC is constantly working (not going to sleep), heating up in the process, and the fan running in maximum speed after I started using OneDrive to backup

Open OneDrive Settings and you find "Files on Demand" uncheck the below option "Save space and download files as you use them".
Restart your PC hoping your problem will be solved...
